The System
"Tez In Da House" is a system for controlling and monitoring mostly everything in a house.

TIDH-Bus
The TIDH-Bus has two tasks to accomplish:
- data-transmission
- supply the nodes with power
therefor the bus is a 4-wire line. 2 wires for RS485 and 2 wires for power.
For the Layer-1 I chose RS485 because its cheap, easy to handle and robust.
The Layer-2 communication is based on the ROBIN protocol
conceived and discussed on the TheRoboticsClub.
At the moment these devices can be connected to the system:
Master-Gateway
The Master-Gateway has to perform these tasks:
- RS232-Gateway
- Bus-Power-Controller
- Storage (MMC)
- RTC

Control-Terminal
The Control-Terminal is a simple graphical LCD with 8 capacitive-sensor-keys, it is used for displaying and/or changing
values from other nodes on the network, eg. display the temperature from the weather-sensor.

Weather-Sensor
The Weather-Sensor is able to measure:
- Temperature
- Rain
- Windspeed
- Pressure
- Humidity
Rainwater-Controller
The Rainwater-Controller is responsible for
- measuring the water-quantity in a cistern
- control the system-waterpressure
- control the sprinkler in the garden
- alert if somethings wrong (eg. pump not working)
