which provides a high quality - nice look and feel -
User Interface for everyday terminal work.

True ... the existing
Terminal.app
is, ahh well ... nice,
but rather limited, and most important, because there
seems no source code available, out of my scope.

Why not port/compile gnome/kde/x term? |

I probably could, but that's not the point.
As I mentioned before, one goal is to have a
native
Cocoa Mac OS X application.

I don't know, yet! Suprise me!
There are may areas which could benefit from some
help, if you are willing to lend a hand, please
have a look at the ToDo-List.

Yes, as a matter of fact, I would appreciate some
feedback and/or additional ideas/requests for features
as well as bug reports and comments on design flaws.
(but don't forget, if you have bad news, try to tell them
in a good way ;)
