Jewelry Making
... Gold.
Why? Because I have to ;)
Seriously, I dislike working with the low carat gold alloys - I dislike the color, and I find for example 14K gold brittle, pale and not really worth the trouble working it. Might just be me, of course.
However, since I do happen to have a mother who is fond of gold jewelry, I sometimes have to do some gold work anyway.
